Page 1 of 2 Here is some information which will hopefully assist you should you have any questions concerning the procedures for buying machine embroidery at S-Embroidery: First, this is a brief description of the steps to follow to order embroidery designs at our online store: 1. Add embroidery designs to shopping cart by clicking "Add to cart" button. Please make sure you have Javascript and cookies enabled in your browser and that you have selected correct "Embroidery format" and "Size" (if applicable). 2. View cart contents and verify that it contains the designs of your choice OR directly click "Checkout" button.  3. You are taken to a screen where you can log in with your user name and password (if you have registered earlier) - enter login and password in the left box and click the "Submit" button. If you are a new customer or you do not log in for some reason the right box with the text "New Customer? Click here to continue" is what you are looking for. 4. If you have not registered earlier on the next screen you will have to provide contact information.  If you want to create a user profile, at this screen you can fill-in the "Username" and "Password" fields. 5. The next shows your order details on top and your personal details (name, address, etc.). Here you can double-check that you have entered correct information with an option to modify it. You can also enter some comments you may want us to have. Click "Submit order" button at the bottom of the page.  This takes you to the secure server of our authorized reseller 2Checkout.com - page is with white background and is distinctly marked with the logo of 2Checkout (2CO) 5. On the first screen at the 2CO site you will see the order details. Here you can also make some choices concerning payment options. If you would like to pay with non-US currency you can make your choice using the flag buttons in the upper right corner of this screen. Please note that for non-US currencies the payment options are limited to Visa and Master card. If you wish to pay with PayPal you can use the "Checkout with PayPal" button. For other payment options, please proceed by clicking the "Checkout" button. 6. The next screen is for your Billing information. The fields are pre-filled with the data you provided at our web site when initiating your order. If you need to do some corrections or modify information you can do so here. Click "Next" when you are ready. 7. On the next screen you can choose your method of payment Available options (Credit card, PayPal, FXSource) are shown on the screenshot below. 8. If your choice was "Credit card" the the next screen is the place to enter your credit card details. Please make sure you have filled in ALL fields correctly. Credit card number must be entered with no dashes or spaces - just the digits. Finish the transaction by clicking the "Next" button.  That is all. After your payment is processed you will receive the designs you purchased by E-mail usually within 24 hours. Please make sure that your mailbox has enough free space and that your provider does not impose any limitations on receiving ZIP archive files.
